Message from the President & CEO

2007 was a period of growth, investment and diversification for ALFalak. ALFalak has grown and maintained its customer base in spite the threat of globalization that emerged after the Kingdom joined the WTO. To cope with the changing role of Saudi businesses, we expanded our portfolio of offerings while reinforcing our position and role as a system integrator and focusing on the value added services we deliver to our customers.

What separates us from our competitors is our customer focused strategy. We proactively reach out to them and ensure their satisfaction through the value added services we offer such as the e-Catalog online purchasing system and Business Computer Leasing services.

Along with our existing business partners, ALFalak has formed new strategic alliances with leading international companies such as “Testhouse Limited”,            a London-Based supplier of IT risk mitigation services and “Codebaby”, a leading innovator in virtual based customer care solutions.

In addition, ALFalak has successfully completed the system integration of the world’s first fully integrated and redundant IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) Triple Play project for Qatar Telecom (Qtel) using PAL (MPEG4) format.

The newest addition to our portfolio of services is the ALFalak General Contracting (FGC) Division. Its main activities include civil, electrical, mechanical, and construction management. FGC is currently involved in building ALFalak’s third complex in AlKhobar’s Seaport. The new facility will include staff accommodation, a storage warehouse and an equipment & machinery maintenance facility.

We at ALFalak also strive to meet our social responsibilities by investing our time, money, and resources in activities that we proudly undertake in partnership with many non-profit organizations. Together we work to create a stronger and healthier Saudi community.
