The Computer Supplies & Accessories Division (CSA) is one of the oldest divisions at Al-Falak. Since it’s inception in the 1980’s, its main focus has been “customer satisfaction”.

What separates CSA from others in this sector is the added value it brings; it is more of a service provider than a sales division. It focuses on offering a wide variety of quality products, a quick delivery mechanism, and prompt after sales service, while still maintaining a competitive pricing strategy.

As a result of implementing a sophisticated back-office administration system (Oracle JD Edwards) capable of tracking inventories, customer profiles, and customer requirements, CSA is able to offer unparalleled account management by ensuring availability on all stock lines, in addition to quick and efficient delivery.

While some organizations only deliver to the back door, CSA delivers to where the customer requires the product. It also maintains a quick sales cycle of only 3 days from placing the order to delivering it.

By leasing computers, companies can conserve capital and reduce startup costs. Unlike outright computer purchases, computer leasing requires only a small initial outlay of funds. Payments are then made on a monthly basis, over a pre-specified term. Al-Falak’s leasing agreements include hardware supply and maintenance, including PC replacement when needed.

CSA offers an extensive range of branded and compatible IT products like consumables, data storage and backup devices, and hardware through its branch offices in Kuwait, Al-Khobar, Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. It also stocks one of the largest selections of printer ribbons, plain and photographic paper in the Middle East.

Al-Falak has recently completed the acquisition of Mishaal Al-Sudairy Office for Commercial Services (MSO) as part of its expansion strategy across the Middle East. The acquisition will provide Al-Falak critical access to leading IT brands and gain leverage for Al-Falak's vision of becoming the region's premier IT company with a dedicated distribution division. Established in 1995 MSO is the leading distributor for Microsoft, Symantec, TwinMOS, Logitech, Targus, D-Link, Avid Pinnacle Systems, Nvidia, MGE UPS Systems (Eaton Power Quality), and Peachtree Accounting.
